A Kenyan football team has recorded a heartwarming message thanking a group of Australian football fans for raising them money.

The Mighty Warriors FC, a small village club in Kenya, have been adopted by Aussie fans in the Facebook group A-League Sledging Group (ALSG).
A Go Fund Me has been organised to raise money for the team, with nearly $1500 donated already.

The Go Fund Me pitch organised by ALSG says: "We want to raise money for this small but proud club and provide them with the new, high quality equipment they deserve to train with.
"Depending on how much we raise we will be looking at supplying boots, kits, tracksuits, balls, flags, etc."
