Australia will be looking to close out this Ashes series at the MCG on Boxing Day, but will their captain Pat Cummins be available?
He was a late withdrawal from the Australian team prior to the start of the second Test after discovering he was a close contact of a positive COVID-19 case.
Both Cummins and his teammate Josh Hazlewood were withdrawn from the squad in Adelaide.

Pat Cummins will return to Australia's full squad as the list of 15 players selected was announced as unchanged for the rest of the Ashes series against England.
The Australian skipper has tested negative during all of his COVID tests since and will be able to take his place in the lineup for the Melbourne Test.

Cricket Australia confirmed that Cummins has completed his isolation period in Sydney, and is able to continue training again.
When is the third Ashes Test?
England will take on Australia in the iconic Boxing Day Test from December 26 - December 30 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
A draw or win against the visitors in the third Test will be enough to hand Australia the series victory.
