Australian's newest Test captain Pat Cummins has always come across as calm and composed, and this is exactly how he intends to lead his country at the Ashes.
At the Gabba on Wednesday, cricket fans will be able to see how his leadership style comes across on the field.
The right-armer has selected his XI for the first Test, and is now faced with the task of getting the best out of those players.
Speaking to the media before the match, Cummins believes creating a relaxed setting will be crucial to the team's performance.
He also spoke about what he has learnt under Aaron Finch in the shorter-form game.
"We [with Aaron Finch] had some really good chats," Cummins said.
"The environment we created in the World Cup is a blueprint [for the Ashes].
"I think the relaxed environment is good - empowering everyone to do it their own way.
"In preparation for this first Test you've seen bowlers stay at home today... batters practising at a different venue... others at the Gabba.
"One of the great lessons we learnt from the World Cup is that this [style of leadership] works and we'd like to continue that on."

Cummins is also looking forward to partnering with his vice-captain Steve Smith.
The former Australia captain will come into the Ashes with a wealth of experience - on and off the field - and Cummins stressed how importance Smith's wisdom will be.
"Smithy (Steve Smith) and I have been really good mates for a long time," Cummins said.
"He's great - a legend of the game and tactically really switched on."
The dynamic between the pair will also be unique, with Cummins openly saying that he will ask Smith to take a more-involved role at different stages during the series.
"Of course I'll be leaning on him, but I'll still have the final say as captain," Cummins explained.
"I'll be looking at him for ideas sometimes, and will at times hand over to Steve if I need to.
"There will be times when it's hot and I need a rest, and I have no problem handing it over to him.
"You might see him moving the fielders, and having a bit more of a say than you've seen before."
