Meanwhile, Gallen also last fought in November 2022, defeating former NRL star Justin Hodges via unanimous decision.
The pre-fight build-up has seen both fighters trading verbal barbs, and with plenty of bad blood between the pair, Wednesday night's heavyweight matchup will finally settle the score — but Gallen says even after the final bell rings, his thoughts on SBW will remain unchanged.
"There’s not a thing that he can do that can change my mind on him. I hate him," the premiership-winning skipper said on the Off The Record podcast.
"There’s nothing about this person that I like, and there’s nothing he can do to change that. And I’m sure he’s the same way about me."
