The West Coast Eagles take on the Geelong Cats in Round 12 of the 2025 AFL season for the Sunday night clash at the Optus Stadium in Perth.

The West Coast are bottom of the ladder with a 1-10 record in the season. After securing their first win this year, against St Kilda in Round 10, they fell back to old habits, losing 128-62 to a strong Adelaide side.

The last time West Coast faced Geelong in 2024, they were handed a heavy 93-point defeat at the GMHBA stadium. Forward James Cameron booted nine goals in that game to help the Cats to victory.

Geelong, on the other hand, are 7-4 this season and sit in the top eight at fifth place on the ladder. They make the trip to Perth after a 127-113 win in a high-scoring match against the Bulldogs at home.
