Collingwood and Fremantle are set to face off on Sunday in Round 19 of the 2025 AFL season at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) in Melbourne.
The 2025 AFL ladder leaders, Collingwood, have been in fine form this season as they have taken 14 wins and suffered just three losses in 17 games so far in the home-and-away season.
Last weekend, the Magpies saw their eight-game winning run come to a screeching halt after the Gold Coast SUNS managed to get one over them at the People First Stadium. They remain top of the ladder as they head into Round 19, but only hold a two-point lead over the Brisbane Lions.
Fremantle, on the other hand, had a very inconsistent start to their 2025 home-and-away season as their first nine games saw just four victories. They turned around their fortune with a six-game winning run before it was ended by the Sydney Swans.
However, last weekend, they returned to winning ways with a stunning win over the Hawthorn Hawks, and they now sit eighth on the ladder.
