The 2024 Premiers, the Brisbane Lions, are set to play host to the Western Bulldogs in Round 19 of the 2025 Australian Football League (AFL) at the Gabba in Brisbane.

The Lions looked like the team to beat this season as they managed to take seven wins and only a solitary loss through their opening eight games. However, that form suddenly disappeared, starting with their surprise 71-71 draw with North Melbourne.

Brisbane then managed to take just two wins from their five games. However, they have since bounced back with three straight wins, and they are now placed second on the AFL ladder.

The Bulldogs have shown good form this season as they have managed to take home 10 wins and seven losses this season. They were on a four-game winning run but lost their most recent clash against the Adelaide Crows, and they now sit in ninth on the ladder heading into the clash, boasting the best attack in the league.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch the match, kickoff times, and the latest lineup news.
