In a double header on Friday night, Richmond and Geelong kick things off at the MCG in an intriguing clash.

The Tigers must win to keep their season alive while the Cats are looking to extend their win streak to six.

Geelong will be without Patrick Dangerfield (hamstring) and Brad Close (suspension) while Richmond could welcome back former skipper Trent Cotchin after being rested.
