Carlton’s injury crisis has deepened after star forward Charlie Curnow was subbed out of Sunday night's game against West Coast with an injury.
Curnow joined young ruck Hudson O’Keeffe, who also injured his hamstring during the game, with stars Sam Walsh and Harry McKay adding to a long injury list.
Curnow was subbed off after experiencing calf tightness during the Blues' 34-point win against the Eagles.

The Blues were on the back foot before the game started when Sam Walsh was a late out against the Eagles after injuring his foot on Friday.
The young midfielder had hot spots showing up on his foot and has been ruled out for at least five weeks.
Blues coach Michael Voss explained they subbed Curnow out of the game to reduce the risk of aggravating it further, but struggled to fill the void left by Curnow and O’Keeffe against the Eagles.
"Calf tightness, but we got to the point where we weren’t going to take any risk with it. Charlie mentioned going back out there, but ultimately, we made the decision that it was a risk not worth taking," he said.
"There was a fair bit to think about, but that’s an unusual spanner that we got thrown. We probably didn’t adapt as well as we’d like."
Voss also described the next steps fellow forward Harry McKay will take to fix his injured knee after the Blues hoped he’d be further progressed in his rehabilitation.
"We have to explore that, it’s too early for me to say. We need to investigate it further, and seeing the specialist is one of those steps we’ll make decisions based off the back of that sometime this week.
"We were hopeful it would turn a corner, but it hasn’t, so we’ll have to investigate some more and take it from that."
Carlton currently sits two games out of the eight in 10th spot and will take on North Melbourne a the MCG on Saturday.
